Role of job;

 

• Preparing and Presenting Design Project To Site

• Negotiationg with Contractor Companies and other Proffessionals

• Co-ordinationg the work of the Contractors

• Making regularly site checking

• Material Tracking on site and Checking Quality of Material that applying on Site

• Dealing with problems that might come up during construction

• Researches, plans, designs, and administers building projects, applying knowledge of design, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials

• Prepares architectural details as and when required for execution of works.

• Ensure that the architect’s design is delivered by the contractor and is responsible for dealing with any on-site design problems that arise.

• Addresses modifications desired by Client in co-ordination with Design Architect.

• Assists Project Manager in review and selection of architectural materials are in compliance with approved material submittals. Issues all architectural correspondences.

• Highlights any violations to architectural related issues on site

• Attends progress review meetings and co-ordination meetings to assist Project Manager in resolving any site issues such as discrepancies in project’s drawings.
