Role of job;

Preparing and Presenting Design Project To Site
Negotiationg with Contractor Companies and other Proffessionals
Co-ordinationg the work of the Contractors
Making regularly site checking
Material Tracking on site and Checking Quality of Material that applying on Site
Dealing with problems that might come up during construction
Researches, plans, designs, and administers building projects, applying knowledge of design, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials
Prepares architectural details as and when required for execution of works.
Ensure that the architect’s design is delivered by the contractor and is responsible for dealing with any on-site design problems that arise.
Addresses modifications desired by Client in co-ordination with Design Architect.
Assists Project Manager in review and selection of architectural materials are in compliance with approved material submittals. Issues all architectural correspondences.
Highlights any violations to architectural related issues on site
Attends progress review meetings and co-ordination meetings to assist Project Manager in resolving any site issues such as discrepancies in project’s drawings.
